Refund Policy

At Charge Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle refunds and returns for both appointments and products.

Services & Appointments

  • All individual sessions (e.g., BioCharger, BioMat, IonCleanse, Qest4, Nutritional Therapy, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis) are non-refundable once completed.

  • Multi-session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the session.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of the session.

Product Returns

  • Products purchased in person at our location may not be returned or refunded once opened.

  • Products shipped to you (including supplements and wellness items) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can assist you.
