Cancellation Policy
Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We recommend scheduling ahead to secure your preferred day and time. Arrivals & Late Policy Please arrive on time. Sessions are scheduled in fixed time blocks, and late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor the next appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be marked as a no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on our waitlist. • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee applied. • Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future services. Packages & Memberships All session packages (e.g., BioCharger bundles) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions do not expire unless otherwise stated. If your schedule changes and you need to space out your visits, that’s completely fine — just stay in touch. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. We’ll notify you as soon as a spot opens up. Priority is given on a first-come, first-served basis. If a spot opens with short notice, please confirm as quickly as possible to secure it. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking or before service. We accept all major credit cards and contactless payments. If you need assistance with billing or have questions about your package, feel free to reach out. Communication We primarily communicate via email and text for appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. Please ensure your contact information is current.
